Optimize What You Have
Get more value from the systems, cloud accounts, and software you already pay for.
- Cloud cost and usage review
- Licensing and subscription cleanup
- Performance and reliability tuning
I help organizations make sense of their systems, fix what is holding them back, and plan the next step with confidence, using clear language and realistic budgets.
Every engagement starts with what you already have. Whether you need to get more from current tools, understand a tangled environment, or decide what to invest in next, I bring a practical, people-first approach.
Get more value from the systems, cloud accounts, and software you already pay for.
Turn scattered devices, accounts, and tools into a clear picture you can act on.
Know exactly what to do next, in what order, and what it should cost.
No jargon, no surprises. Each step builds on the one before it.
We talk through your goals, daily frustrations, and budget in a free discovery call.
I review your current technology and document what is working, what is not, and what is at risk.
You receive a prioritized plan with options, costs, and the reasoning behind each recommendation.
I stay available to guide implementation and help your team keep things running well.
Large enterprises have dedicated IT teams. Most small organizations and individuals do not. That is where I focus.
Owners who need dependable systems, sensible security, and a clear view of what their technology should cost and do.
Mission-driven teams who need to stretch limited budgets, protect donor and client data, and spend more time on their work.
Professionals and households who want their devices, accounts, and home or home-office setup organized and secure.
I help people get their technology working for them, not the other way around.
I am a Hoosier native and hold a Master's degree in Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business. For more than fifteen years, I have worked in enterprise technology, designing cloud and secure systems for financial services, defense, and healthcare organizations.
That experience taught me that the most valuable technology work is often the least glamorous: understanding what is already in place, removing what no longer serves a purpose, and setting a clear next step. I bring that same discipline to small businesses, non-profits, and individuals.
I believe every engagement should leave your systems in better shape than I found them, and your trust in me is something I take seriously.
Tell me a little about your organization and what is getting in the way. I will reply within one business day to schedule a conversation.
